Something I do not recommend. They also offer direct referrals for sale, which is something I don’t agree with. Reason being, you almost always end up spending more money than you make; a result of the majority of referrals leaving the site because they don’t see a potential to make any money. My recommendation would be to recruit referrals yourself rather than through the site.
